Over the years, the chances are we might have picked up a few injuries and issues along the way, making the usual gym routine seem daunting. For the past 12 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to working one-on-one with individuals over 50, guiding them towards remarkable health and fitness achievements.

We are now excited to introduce 2 small group sessions into our program. This will make our program more affordable and will be a great fit for anyone who enjoys working out with like minded people.

We are deliberately keeping the numbers low (6 participants per class), to ensure the contact with the coach is extremely high and focused. These sessions are crafted to accommodate all levels of fitness, including yours, making it the perfect setting for anyone seeking to get back into shape or to start from scratch.

Our group classes are a friendly, intimidation-free space for those who might have been away from the gym scene or are stepping in for the first time. Giving you the same benefits but in a friendly, private environment away from the typical intimidating gym atmosphere. You’ll also meet many other amazing likeminded people who will be cheering you on, keeping you motivated and accountable!

Our over 50’s Group Class provides a friendly, supportive environment tailored to help over 50’s look better, feel better and move better. But that’s not all:

We will also give advice on a one-on-one basis to help you smash your individual, unique goals.

What makes Get Results small group training better than any other group fitness classes or boot camps?
At Get Results Over 50’s Small Group Training we keep our numbers small and the quality of service high. We take great care in making sure each participant is getting the support and advice they need to feel comfortable in the class. We also continually communicate with you to ensure that you are making the correct lifestyle choices away from the gym and guide you and keep you motivated to stay on track.
What is involved in Get Results Small Group Personal Training?
First thing we do is go through our workshop which gets you to sets some goals, and develop your own plan to suit your own lifestyle. In the workshop we will also cover all the nutritional information you will need for to make this a success for you. We then meet for your metabolic workouts which mix big movements using large muscle groups and high intensity cardiovascular exercises. We then finish up with a nice stretch and a catch up with everyone to see how they are progressing.
What do I bring with me to my sessions?
You don’t need to bring much with you to our sessions, just wear what you are comfortable working out in and bring along a drink of water and a nice positive attitude.
I'm very unfit at the moment, will I be able to cope with the exercises?
Yes, each exercise in the workout has different levels of intensity, so you find the level you can cope with. Then you step up to the next level when this starts to get easy.
How quickly will I see results?
How quickly you notice results is generally different from individual to individual. This can depend on how closely you have stuck to the program; you’re current fitness levels and what your goals are. However for the majority of our clients they report that they feel and see a marked difference in as little as 2-3 weeks from starting the group.
What can I realistically expect to achieve in Over 50's Group Personal Training?
It is realistic to start losing inches within the first few weeks of a block. Another massive change you will feel is the sense of satisfaction you will get from doing the workouts. The feeling you get from being fitter and healthier is almost unbelievable, it will have an impact on every area of you life. You will sleep better, have more energy throughout every day, no longer crave the wrong foods and will be a lot less likely to feel stressed out when life gets tough. You will also start to look more toned and lean and people will start to comment on your shape changing. Ultimately the greater the goal the longer it will take to get there, but what will surprise you most is how quickly you start to make huge strides towards that goal.

Before starting with Get Results Fitness I was unhappy with myself,  had no motivation to do any exercise and the thought off walking into a gym terrified me.
