Sunday 12th February from 9am until 1pm (10 people maximum)

We’re hosting a Health & Wellbeing Event on the 12th of February for a maximum of 10 people, and we’re so excited to share it with you! If you haven’t heard yet, we are partnering up with Leigh Martin and Julie Gordon from Sport & Exercise Psychology for this event. We’ll have four events at The Western Tennis Club, followed by lunch:

9am until 9:50am: Full body Workout with Paul & Stuart in the Gym.

10am until 10:30am: How To Make Healthy Habits Stick with Leigh & Julie in the Squash Court.

10:40am until 11:30am: Stretch & Relax with Paul & Stuart in the Squash Court.

11:30am until 12:15pm: How To Use Self Compassion To Help On Your Wellness Journey with Leigh & Julie in the Squash Court.

1pm: Lunch in the members bar, which is a buffet from Caffe Parma.

The cost of this event is only £50 per head! it’s going to be so much fun and we hope you can join us!
