Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach
- 1 avocado
- 2-3 tablespoons of porridge
- 5-10 almonds
- 1 Handful of curly Kale
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder
Preparations
- Put powder, spinach , kale, avocado and milk in bottom of juicer.
- Add in berries
- Blend.
- Drink!
